A.) If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of your invoice ship date (Custom orders are not returnable). The merchandise must be returned within 30 days from the date of the original invoice date and must be in new sellable condition, complete with all packing, owners manual, warranty registration, and in the original box. A 30% restocking fee will apply to all non-defective returns. We will refund your purchase price minus the restocking fee, or you may apply the net amount to another purchase. An additional charge will be added for damaged product or incomplete product. Shipping charges are NOT REFUNDABLE. Before returning any merchandise, you must contact us at sales@choicetvmounts.com for a return authorization number (RA). Merchandise received without a return authorization will be refused. To return defective merchandise, you will need to contact the product manufacturer for service.
